Confident handling of conflicts, restructuring or any significant change in the company requires a respectful, transparent and cooperative interaction among each other.

As consultant I am supporting and catalyzing change processes, whether personal or related to an organization. Every individual is in his own process, is self-responsible for his personal development and plays therefore the determining active role in his life and action.

Cases

1. Case – Emotional reflexes: A Person repeatedly gets in a situation where reactions are being offended or angry for criticism, although realizing this as awkward and absolutely wanting to change this reaction. Understanding the origin of that kind of reflex, will help to choose a reflected and adult reaction in the future. The person no longer needs to be driven by emotional triggers.

2. Case – Handbrake on: A highly motivated Manager strives to constantly meet expectations and is strongly committed on all given tasks. Nevertheless in times of extreme pressure the Manager repeatedly reaches the boundaries of the own performance. It feels like having the handbrake set – although know-how, skills and experiences are excellent, the entire performance potential cannot be fully used. With the Mental Changing approach, we find out together where and why the handbrake is set and how to loosen it. You learn to realize, understand and to change the causes and correlations, while retrieving your energy and confidence.

3. Case – Toxic environment: A qualified Leader, knows diverse leadership tools, but instead of applying them, is leading with hierarchical authority and attitude of „I am the boss, I am allowed to act that way“. His team is loosing efficiency, illness rate increases and retention is becoming a problem. The Mental Changing approach is getting to the basis of the behavior and points out that Team conduct is changing through the individual change in behavior. A collectively respectful conduct and positive change are „contagious“ and resonate on the entire organization.
