More than 12 years experience leading international change initiatives.

Corporate experience: Hugo Boss AG, LafargeHolcim Ltd., Arvato/Bertelsmann AG.

Driving my own Consultancy delivering broad range of international transformation projects since 2017.

Change Consulting: Delivered Change Projects in the industries: eCommerce, IT, Insurance, Fashion, Consumer Products, Retail, Education. While also consulting several digital Startups.

Change Coaching: Designated Coach for executive leadership development in multinational companies across different industries ranging from accounting to consumer products and fashion. Individual Coach for C-level executives in
US, Europe, Australia and Asia.

Since Mid 2020, I am pursuing a dual career: As Key Account Manager at v. Rundstedt & Partner GmbH, Germany, I am supporting major accounts managing the future transformations of their workforce.

Restructuring of a sourcing office in China for Hugo Boss AG within 6 months, including introduction of a feedback culture

Optimization of customer service for fashion eCommerce, Netrada Europe GmbH, interim management for customer service area (> 190 employees)

Managing business planing process in a highly volatile market, in Sri Lanka for Holcim Lanka Ltd.
